The Condado Plaza Hotel

I was scared to book due to reading the reviews but I took a chance due to the location and swim up bar. I’m so glad that I did. The hotel was way more than I expected. I really like the room key elevator key. That’s an amazing feature. I had the breakfast voucher. It wasn’t what I expected however the food tasted amazing. There was a staff member in the kitchen who provided us with a map and told us everywhere to visit and who to catch the buses.

Loved the two sides of the property with the crashing waves on one side and the calm beach on the other! Great pools, the waterslide was fun! Easy and convenient location. Very walkable to many places. Great staff and enjoyed the different bars, lounges, cafes, and even gift shop on site. Beautiful views as well!

Condado was a really nice location Ocean view was beautiful New Years Eve celebration was awesome.

Well at first they gave us a messup room but I complained and they gave me an upgrade witch was great. Then we were super happy.

The breakfast was just OK. I got what I ordered. the staff was excellent, super. The front desk, the cleaning staff, the security staff, all very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect. My wife and I had an excellent stay at your Hilton Plaza. I will return. thank you
